Winner of the Best New Mexican Feature Documentary by SFiFF, Shadow Weavers returns to Taos where the editing magic began.

About the film…​

Along the Peruvian Andes a network of encoded messages is woven into every hat, where wool & straw become forms of communication & resistance. A Spanish/ Quechua- language film that sees the hat as a vehicle for the land to speak.
